My chiropractic practice has been an evolution. After graduating from Life University my focus was the athlete, working with their training routines and nutrition. When I got married and had kids my practice became integrated with family health and well-being before, during and after birth. Throughout my years I have been a technique junkie and 8 years ago I discovered KST, a technique that respects the body’s unique knowledge of its own specific needs and, by asking binary questions, ability to direct me to the best technique and focus of each adjustment. KST taps into the information field. It is biofeedback. This makes each appointment specifically geared toward your own individual needs. It also affords me the ability to work with the primary stressors of physical, chemical and emotional imbalances. Once discovered they become the focus of that particular adjustment. This has been extremely successful when working with an athlete whether it be after a sprain/strain injury, a concussion or mental blocks in their training. It proves to be just as effective with the mother whose baby is having difficulty latching on. Posture of subluxation clears imbalances during movement and is paramount when working with addiction. Ultimately we create a program specific for your needs.
