Chiropractic has opened my eyes to a way of life I didn’t know I could have. I’ve had migraines my entire life, and an addiction to pain killers came with it. I became part of the chiropractic community 6 years ago, and it helped me take my health to the next level. Getting adjusted regularly, eating healthy, exercising and getting enough sleep has resulted in me feeling better, having more energy, and not relying on medication to “fix” a problem. I love telling my story to people who are struggling with similar situations, and helping them understand that chiropractic is not just for pain, but rather, it’s a lifestyle.
Before chiropractic, I worked in the medical field for 15 years, where no one remembers your name or anything about you. Something I love about alternative healthcare is that the doctors are concerned with ALL aspects of a person’s life, from what type of food they ate as a child, to how much exercise they get on a daily basis, to how well they slept the night before.
In my free time, I love taking kickboxing classes, meditating at my favorite Buddhist temple, hitting the beach at sunrise, paddle boarding, and driving up the coast.
